FAC TABLE TOP HISTORY BOOK

      "CLEARED HOT" -  in three volumes

                                  

 

Thanks to Peter Condon (an Aussie) who had published a ‘print on demand’ pilots hand book decided that he could publish the book. In 560 pages and in a coffee table top size, the first book of the Cleared Hot series was an immediate success. That wasn’t enough for Peter, he went on to publish Cleared Hot II and now Bob Gorman is following that up with this final book, Cleared Hot III. The first two books are currently available from Lulu Press at $25 each and were pretty sure that book three will cost about the same.

Certainly Bob and Peter didn’t do all the work themselves. Everyone who contributed a story or a picture helped make these history books complete. And now, 41 to 55 years later, there are probably some more unwritten stories out there that should be told.

A few of those who also supported the Cleared Hot series include: Rick Atchison, Darrell Whitcomb, Dennis Crouch, Gary Dikkers, Al Matheson and many, many others. Our Association history book titled, "CLEARED HOT," in three volumes, comprising a selection of more than 600 stories from the original FAC HISTORY BOOK CD, plus additions, will soon be available.

 

Each book consists of  black & white pages with color wrap-around covers. These books are for sale via the internet. To purchase either book One or Two, just click on it’s picture and it will take you directly to the “lulu” website for ordering the book. Book Three will be available in early July 2016. but for now, when you click on the image of Book Three you can review a portion of Section 1. On the lulu website just below the picture of the books One and Two, a “preview” link will allow you to preview 15 pages of the book.
